Pritam , the prodigious composer of music for Bollywood movies has been discovered to be an out an out copy cat. Most of his tunes are lifted from songs by international artists from places like Turkey to Korea.

Recently Sony BMG Taiwan has sent a notice to Bollywood Company Tips Industries accusing them of plagiarizing a Wang Lee Hom tune. The record label claims that the song, Zara Zara Touch Me, is a copy of Lee Hom’s Deep In The Bamboo Grove from his 2004 album Shangri-La. The song is featured in the Hindi movie ‘Race’. Pritam had composed the song.

Bollywood’s dusky beauty Bipasha Basu says that her favourite actors right now are both newcomers - her Bachna Ae Haseeno co-star Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan of Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na fame.

In fact, her new mobile phone ring tone is a song from Jaane Tu… and she can’t stop praising Imran.

“I love that song and I adore Imran Khan. I think he’s going to be a huge star. He and Ranbir are my current favourites. In fact, I told Ranbir how much I like Imran. He didn’t mind it at all. Ranbir and I are friends after Bachna Ae Haseeno,” said Bipasha.

Dusky bombshell Bipasha Basu admits all is not well when it comes to Katrina Kaif who co-starred with her in Race .

Bipasha also clarified that she has no problems with her Bachna Ae Haseeno co-stars Deepika Padukone and Minissha Lamba and certainly ‘no issues’ with her Ajnabee co-star Kareena Kapoor .

The clearing up came hurriedly as there were reports that Bipasha was upset with Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika for cornering her during a TV show.

Saif Ali Khan recently came to the rescue of his co-star Katrina Kaif when she was having trouble driving a vintage car on the sets of Race.

Katrina is actually a good driver, but got herself into trouble when she had to drive a vintage car in Cape Town.

Even directors Abbas-Mustan did not know what to do because the scene demanded Katrina should be shown driving that car.

After many takes and retakes nothing worked out. Thankfully, Saif offered help.
