Salman Khan would have been a little worried last Friday as Katrina and the rest of the New York cast met the press in Mumbai. Wearing a short green dress, Kat left eyes popping all through the venue (PVR, Phoenix Mills).
But her two co-stars proved a major disappointment, with John Abraham going with the first-day-of-college look and Neil Nitin Mukesh looking like he turned up at the wrong event.
But it was still fun as the cast met and interacted with the press, who have showered praises on what they claim is one of YRF’s finest films.

On New York and her character Maya.
New York got good reviews and it’s a hit too. It was kind of poignant, almost symbolic, that the day we wrapped out our three-month schedule there, Barack Obama was elected President. Post 9/11 and the global meltdown, there was a movement for change. America was looking for a man who could pioneer this wave and found him in Obama.
