There was nothing that Katrina would have liked better on her birthday on Friday than to be with her family in London.In fact, she had planned and plotted for months and weeks to make her birthday wish come true.
But then Star proposes, Producer disposes. Just when Katrina took a break from her shooting in Spain from Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara to spend the days leading to her birthday in London her plans were thwarted. Now Katrina has to return to shoot in Pampolona for Zoya’s film a day before her birthday.

Katrina Kaif, who is on location in the US filming for Kabir Khan’s next, has been away from her family since the past two months and the gnawing loneliness is making her eagerly look forward to Christmas, which she hopes to spend with her family.
“I am feeling homesick,” says the 24-year-old.
Katrina’s sister Isabelle recently visited her to keep her in good cheer.
“Isabelle was on a vacation,” Katrina says. “She flew down here to spend sometime with me. I miss my family a lot. I miss my home. But what to do my professional commitments keep me busy. I am glad that my family flies down to meet me whenever they can.”
