o9i3nyym0yiw7an61vtEnough is enough! Katrina Kaif is done playing the simpering glam doll who does little than flash her smile, romance the hero and dance around in pretty togs. Post the success of New York, which had her showing flashes her acting potential, the gal’s digging for meaty roles.

Little surprise then that she’s having second thoughts about doing Abbas-Mastan’s Hindi adaptation of ‘The Italian Job’. After showing interest in the film, Katrina is rumoured to be reluctant to give her nod because the script doesn’t give her much footage. Unwilling to play an eye-candy anymore, the actress has reportedly asked the makers to flesh out her role better.

katrinakaifKatrina Kaif is reconsidering taking on Abbas Mustan’s remake of ‘The Italian Job’. This is because her role is apparently rather unimportant.

Katrina is having second thoughts about the film since she read the script, even though she readily agreed at first. According to sources, since she started giving hits, she has become picky about her roles and won’t sign on anything just because it has big names. She also doesn’t want to sign on the film because she believes her role has no scope.

Salman Khan may have cast Zarine Khan as the princess in Veer, but it is his real-life girl (Katrina Kaif), remains unfazed.

Katrina is Karan Johar’s celebrity guest this week on Sony’s Lift Kara De… and she did ‘lift’ the show.

She is fun, she is sporting and for once she isn’t all that politically correct.

To Karan’s probing questions there were candid answers.

When Karan asked Kat, who are the people who helped the 19-year-old model when she landed in Mumbai without knowing a soul in the city, she said: ‘Salman Khan, his family and friends looked after me’.
