The latest buzz doing the rounds is the sexy n hot Katrina Kaif, has left Shahrukh Khan behind, in the race of the most searched celebrity on the mobile. The hot actor is the numero uno, on the most searched celebrities list.

Katrina turned out to be the clear winner, and the list behind her were names like Shahrukh of course, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Aishwarya Rai, from bollywood.

Reportedly, the search was conducted by the mBit InfoTech, which is a value added service provider, or VAS provider.

Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif is the most searched celebrity on the mobile phones and has beaten the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Aishwarya Rai.

The research was conducted by mBit Infotech, a Value Added Service (VAS) provider.
Among the Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities, Katrina is on the number one spot followed by Angelina Jolie, Kareena, Shah Rukh, Salman, Bipasha, Aishwarya, Monica Bellucci and Aamir Khan.

We all thought it was Shilpa Shetty who was going to dance with Akon at the IPL finals. Shilpa had even put it on her blog. And later had to change the information. Shilpa says she didn’t get time to rehearse for her performance with Akon. But neither did Katrina who finally went on stage with Akon totally unprepared. Yes, finally it was the feisty and in-demand Katrina Kaif who joined the R & B legend for the Finals. What was supposed to be a quick entry and exit with Akon on stage to blow kisses at the crowds turned out to be a good ten minutes of hip and hop dancing with one of Katrina’s favourite pop artistes.

Katrina Kaif has praised Akon after sharing the stage with the US star at the Indian Premier League (IPL) closing ceremony.

The pair led the grand finale celebrations at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on Sunday.

Speaking to The Times of India, she said: “We all love Akon’s music. He’s quiet and shy, but seemed really sweet. The crowd totally enjoyed our act. In fact, when we made a re-entry to bid goodbye, we kept dancing, and went on and on.

“It was great. The energy and the atmosphere in the stadium was infectious. We were all so excited.”
