Katrina Kaif, the delicate beauty of tinsel town who has been in a steady relationship with Salman Khan for quite some time now and plays lead in Prakash Jha’s upcoming flick ‘Rajneeti’, has been showing interest in learning the Bhojpuri language spoken in Patna and other parts of eastern India.

In fact, Katrina Kaif, who had gone to the city along with director Prakash Jha and other artistes from the industry, spoke a few words to her fans from the podium in that city. Though it was all done to promote the upcoming flick ‘Rajneeti’, which had her playing the part of a lady politician much like Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Katrina is said to have develop a liking for the sweet lingo and is trying to learn it from her colleagues in the industry.

Asin was sitting next to Salman Khan, as both were expected to interact with the media persons jointly, but leave interaction; Sallubhai even did not bother to acknowledge the presence of hot beauty from South, and left the venue without saying a word to her.

Playing a prank on Katrina Kaif, Ajay Devgan handed her a gift pack to give to Nana Patekar on his birthday.

Katrina was now aware, what the box contained and went on to give it to the serious actor Nana Patekar. Imagine what the box contained. It had old underwears, a fake moustache and a single chappal. Katrina charmingly offered the gift to Nana who opened the packet only to get shocked. This also enraged Katrina.

Be on your guard when Ajay Devgan happens to be around. No one cautioned Katrina Kaif about her prankster of a co-star on the sets of Rajneeti. Devgn, who is quite notorious for playing pranks on his co-actors, pulled a fast one on Katrina when she suspected the least.

On the sets of ‘Rajneeti’, he came up with a madcap idea to pull Kat’s leg. According to the stories trickling from the unit-members, Devgn first took everyone on the sets, including the actors Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpai, into confidence.

Even though Katrina Kaif is fed up of posing as arm candy, she agreed to star in De Dana Dan only because of close friend Akshay Kumar. Ask her why exactly did she agree to star in the film, and Katrina replies honestly, “My reason for accepting this film is only because Akshay asked me if I would do it.”

She adds, “Akshay is a friend and I could never refuse. The two of us have given some of the biggest hits together. When I learnt De Dana Dan is Akshay’s home production (Akshay’s Hari Om Productions is producing the film in partnership with Ratan Jain’s Venus Productions) I said yes without hesitation.”

Despite being constantly voted sexiest no.1 by her fans by an international magazine, Katrina Kaif insists she is not sexy. “It feels good to be voted for by my fans and that too in such huge numbers, but I don’t think if you wear a bikini or show skin, you look sexy,” she says, “I would rather say I’m pretty.”

Apparently confounding her own comments, Katrina looked startling at the Audi Q5 Launch Party at the India Bulls centre in South Mumbai. Wearing an off-the-shoulder blue tiered body-hugging dress with crisp black belt and shoes, she probably frustrated the organisers by constantly dragging people’s attention away from the car.

Katrina Kaif looked angelic in a white glittery draped dress at the launch of Spice Entertainment, a new venture of the Spice group, at Hotel Trident.

The Spice mobile ambassador’s empire waist dress had cap sleeves, revealing scoop neckline and a veil cascading down her back.

Katrina, 24, accessorized with pearl chandelier earrings. Her gorgeous long hair, styled in loose curls, draped her right shoulder. She wore pearl pink lip color, pink lip gloss, black eyeliner and sweeps of mascara.

The event featured a fashion show by celebrity designer Suneet Verma for which Kangana Ranaut was the show stopper!
