Salman Khan opens up about their fight

Their July 16 fight has been the talk of Bollywood, and now Salman Khan has given people some more stuff to talk about by saying he and Shah Rukh Khan will never make up.

Sallu made the comments while speaking to the media at the Mehboob Studios in Mumbai to promote his film “God Tussi Great Ho”.

“Shah Rukh and I will never patch up,” he told a newspaper.

However, he did refuse to tell what exactly happened between the two superstars at Katrina’s birthday party.

“When I have never spoken about Vivek Oberoi, why should I speak about Shah Rukh,” he told the newspaper.

“It is totally unfair to label it as a war. We are different individuals and have different perspectives,” he said.

In an interview with another newspaper, Salman said some more: “I see Shah Rukh and his situation with me in the same light as I see my situation with Vivek. I used to like him a lot at one point of time. But now things have changed. We have grown up. Now, we don’t see eye to eye. I don’t see any reason to keep in touch with him. If I am not fond of anyone, I will not pretend to be friends with him and then stab him in the back. I will simply tell a person like that to stay away.”

He added: “I will not do anything to harm him as that is not in my nature. I will not bitch him out either. It’s just that everyone is talking about it! Shah Rukh himself hasn’t spoken about the fight and what went down but a lot of his close associates are giving stupid stories and leads to the media. Since the fight, I have been reading very, very negative articles on me.”

Incidentally, this is not the first time Salman and Shah Rukh have had a problem publicly. During the shooting of Shah Rukh’s home production “Chalte Chalte” Salman and come on the sets and had a row with his then-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai, who was shooting for the film.

Subsequently, Shah Rukh replaced Ash with Rani, and Sallu and SRK stopped talking to each other.

They only made up years later during director-choreographer Farah Khan’s wedding.

It remains to be seen when the present war between them will end. Or will it be “never”, as Sallu has said?
